IIM says candidates who pass and meet the relevant conditions can apply for the CDPO certificate and digital badge.

IIM's FAQ also states that the CDPO certificate is valid for one year and is renewed through the applicable CPD and renewal requirements rather than by automatically re-sitting the exam.

The safest answer is: use the list IIM gives you for your specific eligibility route.

The public certification page expressly mentions the application statement, confidentiality agreements, exam registration and fee payment. It also requires valid ID for exam verification.

It does not publicly enumerate every supporting document that proves two years of experience or every credential it recognises.

Do not invent that list from a blog post.
